Payments

Just pick the product you’d like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. You can add all the accessories that you require and nominate delivery address or local pick up during the check out process. You can pay by credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard) through Pay Pal or elect to pay in cash in person at time of pickup.  If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page or you can also call us at 1-(812)- 698-7571. You can also place your order through the phone and pay by credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard).

 

Currency

The only available currency for payment on this site is American Dollars, US$. All prices displayed on withrowsplace.com are in American Dollars and all transactions are processed in American Dollars.

 

Payments Security Policy

When purchasing from Withrow's Place your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information. Returns Policy

In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don't worry! The following information will help you process your return. For specific product warranty and delivery information check individual product pages.

 

Return Authorization Code Required

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Please contact our customer service center via email at admin@withrowsplace.com to obtain a RAC and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. 

 

Unopened Products

You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. This refers to the original shipping container regardless of contents.

 

Opened Products

"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 10 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. "Opened" refers to sealed packages within a shipping container, so don't worry if you open a box to find a broken product... we are thinking in terms of blister packs and other pre-packaged items here.

 

Cancelled Orders

An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.

 

Damaged Products

You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods. 

 

Suspect Damage

On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, write "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.

 

Obvious Damage

Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) Contact Us at your earliest convenience so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you. Please photograph the damage before the delivery driver leaves as we will ask you for these.

 

Defective/Faulty Products

We encourage you to test your product within 7 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any defect problems. If you think your product is defective, don't worry. In most cases, it's a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone. 

In the event a product fault or defect cannot be resolved over the phone, please Contact Us so we can arrange either your choice of: product inspection under warranty and repair, a replacement, or refund (usually as store credit).

Incorrect Item

In the event that the incorrect item is delivered, please Contact Us so we can arrange and coordinate either your choice of replacement or refund (usually as store credit).

Shipping Policy

Process

At Withrow's Place, we go above and beyond; we offer nationwide delivery on our entire range (including free delivery on local items). Simply enter your postal code into the shipping calculator shopping cart and the shipping price will be displayed.

If you order two different items they may arrive in separate shipments. Withrow's Place is not liable for any delay, losses, and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.

Upon dshipment of your item(s), you will be provided freight tracking details and you will be able to trace your delivery online. You will also be provided details of the freight company delivering your item(s). 

A re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for an item that is undeliverable and/or returned to Withrow's Place due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered locally during normal posted business hours. Delivery is not available on closed days, public holidays, or after business hours.

Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. It is necessary to provide a contact telephone number for delivery purposes. 

 

Dispatch

Upon confirmation of your order, the dispatch process will commence immediately in preparation for shipment (and tracking/freight company details provided as mentioned above). The shipping process can vary depending of the size and weight of your product(s) and the carrier's service times.

 

Particulars

Delivery fees (where applicable) have been calculated based on the size and weight of the item as well as the location of the delivery. The fee will be displayed during the checkout when the postal code for the destination is entered.

 

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times and prices may vary depending on whether the products are made to order or require specification preparation. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically between 2-7 business days (although sometimes quicker) from dispatch. Delivery times will be longer for rural and remote locations. Insurance

Your goods are fully insured throughout the delivery process. You will be required to sign the Delivery Receipt when the item(s) is delivered; please take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the Delivery Receipt from the carrier.
